Let’s talk about the horse we call Porkchop!!
He’s a pretty special individual! Seasoned - confident-solid - finished- arena - trail - kids- smooth - pedigree- conformation- 100% Porkchop has it all!! Porkchop is a 2015 registered AQHA and APHA and NRHA Gelding standing at 15.1 hands tall and weighing 1,200 lbs and is an own son of the great GUNNATRASHYA! Porkchop has been a very fun horse for us and passed every test we have put him through in our program. He is very versatile and safe for all levels of riders. He is very easy to ride making him easy for a younger or timid rider. And he is fancy-trained enough for an advanced rider to have a ton of fun on him. Porkchop is finished in the arena and has been there and done that! He knows how to slide, spin, lead change, side pass, neck rein, speed transitions, etc. He has been shown in ranch riding classes, ranch trail classes, reining classes, and working cow classes. He is also finished outside of the arena to go for a ride on the ranch or down the trails. He is safe, quiet, and confident outside, whether in a group of horses or out alone. He leaves the barn quietly and safely. Porkchop is the kind of horse you go anywhere with and never have to worry about getting to a new place or a new scary environment and having him get nervous. He’s the same horse day in and day out no matter if you’re at home at a show or out on the trails. You can leave him sit in his stall pull him out no lounging and go ride. He’s trained and will stay that way. Porkchop is very good in the pasture with other horses and always easy to catch in the pasture, he rides bareback and bridle-less very easily as well. He is fun to have in the barn with a sweet personality and fun disposition, making him safe around kids, dogs, pigs, bikes, traffic, loud noises, etc. He is 100% sound with no vices or health issues, and up to date on all his shots, shoeing, etc, Porkchop is good to shoe, clip, bathe, trailers great, loads with ease, ties well . He’s just a solid seasoned been there done that kinda guy. And on top of that he is very well built and very well bred. Porkchop is an own son of GUNNATRASHYA who goes back to COLONELS SMOKIN GUN (Gunner) and Colonelsfourfreckle and Katie gun as well as My Royal Enterprise!
